Terri Chavez has been cooking for over fifteen years. After working in some of the
Charlotte area's best Hotels, she opened The Gourmet Lunch Box and has elevated
her cuisine to a level found in many of the finest restaurants in the area.
Her extensive experience in the food industry has afforded her the ability
to incorporate traditional cooking techniques in order to create healthy well balanced
meals.
Josh Holby - ACSM-Certified Personal Trainer, ISSA-Certified Personal Trainer, NFPT-Certified Sports Nutritionist
Josh graduated from Elon University. He is a Certified Personal Trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine and International Sport Sciences Association as well as a Certified Sports Nutritionist by the National Federation of Peronal Trainers. He has worked in the health & fitness industry for over five years and has worked with hundreds of clients ranging from the average Joe to highly competitive athletes. He currently works with one of Charlotte's most distinguished clientele base. Josh has long been an advocate of living a healthy lifestyle which he teaches daily to his clients. He was also a former client which inspired him to partner with Fit Lifestyles.
Donnie Johnson – NASM CPT – Consultant
Currently Donnie is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of
Sports Medicine.
